I received my textbook today. Do I just start reading the book?

No! Once you receive your textbook, log in to AHCA/NCAL Gero Nurse Prep. Click on “Get Started” and then click on “Introduction.” Please review this material and be sure and complete all of the activities in the “To Do Section.” Once you complete the “Comprehensive Pre Test” all of the modules will be available to so that you can begin your course work.
You DO NOT need to begin reading the textbook until you log in to the course. You will not be reading the entire book, only select readings assigned in each module that are focused on content covered on the certification exam. Reading the book cover to cover may delay your progress in AHCA/NCAL Gero Nurse Prep.
